Who we are

FuturAIse Academy teaches students — from school to career — to build real AI projects with a mentor by their side. Classes run online and at our physical locations.

Booking and the free class

Your first class is free, with no payment details required. When you submit the booking form, we will call you to schedule it. Booking a free class does not create any obligation to enroll.

Fees and payment

Course fees are always communicated clearly before enrollment. Fees must be paid as agreed at the time of enrollment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available in the website footer.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking or enrolling.
• For students who are minors, a parent or guardian must handle booking, enrollment, and payment.
• Treat mentors and other students with respect in every class.
• Do not record classes or share course materials outside your own learning without our written permission.

Course materials and student work

Our course content, materials, and teaching methods belong to FuturAIse Academy and are provided for your personal learning only.

Projects a student builds during the course belong to the student. We may showcase student projects (for example, on our website) and will ask before naming the student.

Certificates

Certificates are issued when a student completes the requirements of their course or path. We may withhold a certificate if requirements are not met.

Schedule changes

We may occasionally need to change class timings, batches, or mentors. When that happens, we will inform you in advance and offer a suitable alternative.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide our services with skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses — for example, outcomes of exams, admissions, or employment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the city where FuturAIse Academy is registered.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
